RMA Policy
- Original invoices are required for all returns and exchanges.
- All products to be exchanged or returned require goods to be in their original packaging complete with all manuals and accessories.
- Items with physical damage (including burns) or with the warranty seal broken cannot be returned.
- Defective items (once checked) & satisfying the above conditions and under the warranty period will be exchanged or credited with a credit note.
- Returned items which are in working condition will attract a 20% restocking fee.
- Returns can only be made within a 30 day period of the original invoice.
